Community College of Baltimore County CCBC provides a home inspector training course approved by the state of Maryland. Class includes a 1-month student membership to InterNACHI and student learning materials. Materials & Textbook Requirements
Emphasis is on the inspector's ability to identify the energy source, type, material, condition, and safety concerns, as well as inspecting the heating equipment.
